Sunday, January 31st, The Temple had a special service - Service in White.  On this day many members fasted.  It was a service of worship, consecration, dedication, commissioning healing and anointing.  In the sermon, Pastor Oden spoke about doing great things for God.  He brought to mind total surrender to God through Jesus Christ and focusing on the great commission - bringing others to Christ.  There was an altar call - the praying, laying of hands and the anointing of cancer survivors, recovering addicts and the leadership of The Temple.

Saturday, January 30th, The Education and Career Ministry featured a resume workshop.  The workshop, led by member Dava Ng, was designed to help individuals improve their resume and polish their interview skills.  Listed below are some interesting facts for job hunters.  The Education Ministry plans to periodically feature more resume workshops.  For the next workshop, continue to monitor the Education and Career Ministry page.

Sunday, January 10th, Dwight Trible and Trevor Ware brought in the New Year at the Jazz Vesper Service.  We're blessed to have each of them visit and perform!  Each month The Temple features various artists who come to praise The Lord using their gift.  We have had poets, rappers, vocalists and various musicians who have praised Him according to Psalms.
